Tickets are subject to a £1.00 booking fee.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent approx 4 weeks before the event, however please do not contact us until 5-7 working days before the event if you have not received them. Delivery method depends on the option you have chosen

When will I receive my singles?
Singles will not be delivered until the release date.
What if my tickets are lost in the post?
If you choose to have your tickets delivered by first class post your tickets will not be replaced.
We recommend you use recorded delivery. If your tickets are sent recorded delivery and do not arrive we will replace them.
What are the door opening times?
Please note that all times are provisional and are subject to change.

Why can I only buy 6 tickets?
A maximum of 6 Tickets per event has been set to allow as many people
to attend as possible. There will be no exceptions.
Can I apply for tickets if I'm not a UK resident?
Unfortunately these tickets are only available to UK residents.

Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. When processing payments, we use a SSL
secure connection to the banks computers.
What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
Nine Black Alps payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company,
DirectPay Ltd.
DirectPay will appear on your card statement.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are sold as non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Refunds are strictly
at the Managements discretion. Please apply in writing to Nine Black Alps Customer
