Terms & Conditions of Event: All tickets sold, are sold to the customer in accordance with the terms & conditions of the Management, for more information please contact nineblackalps@trinitystreetdirect.com Terms & conditions of admission are as follows: 1. You must produce a valid ticket to gain entry. 2. Removing the ticket stubs invalidates the ticket. 3. Tickets are non-transferable. Reselling a ticket for profit/commercial gain without the permission of the management will make it void. The holder may be refused entry to or removed from the site. In addition, tickets, bought from unauthorised sources, may not be valid and admission to the event may not be permitted. 4. Customers may be refused entry or ejected if, in the reasonable opinion of Event staff, the presence of the ticket-holder at the event might be a risk to the safety of other customers and/or the holder, and/or effect the enjoyment of others, and/or the running of the event. (For example: if they are (or appear to be) intoxicated, under age, abusive, threatening, behaving anti-socially, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, declining to be searched, or are in breach of these terms and conditions). 5. To ensure safety for all, we may conduct searches from time to time and reserve the right to confiscate items which may cause danger or disruption to the event or others. We also reserve the right to confiscate any item that is not permitted on site. 6. No food or drink to be brought to the event. 7. Re-admission will not be allowed. 8. Buying a ticket means you consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as part of the audience. 9. Loud music can damage hearing. 10. You must comply with the age restrictions stated on the FAQs. Terms and Conditions of SaleFrom here on in The Management - ATC - will be referred to as ‘The Management’. Purchase of paid bookings constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. 1. All products and services are subject to availability. 2. You must comply with the age restrictions stated on the FAQs. 3. THE MANAGEMENT reserves the right to refuse to trade with individuals, whose credentials cannot be verified, including those living in countries where credit/debit card fraud is known to be active. THE MANAGEMENT will use discretion in these matters and the resultant decision will be final. 4. On successful confirmation of order, the contracts of sale is made between THE MANAGEMENT and the Customer and shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions. 5. Goods and services, together with VAT, are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order as applicable. THE MANAGEMENT reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time. 6. Confirmed orders will be acknowledged with a Confirmation e-mail. 7. Tickets are limited to 6 per person. If The MANAGEMENT suspect within reason that a customer has purchased over and above the allowed allocation per person or tickets for other purposes than to attend the event the MANAGEMENT reserve the right to cancel tickets and refund without prior notification. 8. Payment processing is performed via SSL secure connections between Our servers and the Banking Institutions used by Direct Pay Limited. 9 THE MANAGEMENT accepts most recognised Credit and Debit Cards: Including but not necessarily limited to MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Delta. 10 THE MANAGEMENT reserve the right to refuse to trade with any individual where fraudulent use of credit/debit cards is suspected as determined by THE MANAGEMENT Employees or Agents acting on their behalf. 11 THE MANAGEMENT reserve the right to refuse to transact with any Country or Countries where fraudulent use of credit/debit cards is considered by THE MANAGEMENT Employees or Agents as excessive risk. 12 Please ensure all card details are entered correctly on the order form as incorrect data will result in the credit/debit card being rejected for payment and can cause delays or cancellation to the order fulfillment process. 13 Payment is charged to the credit/debit card on confirmation of successful payment. 14 Bookings can only be made in the name and address of the Card Holder; if the Invoice/billing address is not the same as the card holders we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notification. 15 The MANAGEMENT reserve the right to request additional identification or make any other reasonable request in respect of credit/debit card or address verification if deemed appropriate at time of purchase or at the venue. 16 The Customer must accept the Booking on delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when tickets are Dispatched by Secure delivery (or chosen postal option) whereupon the risks of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer. Secure delivery is a guaranteed service, in the event of tickets not being delivered customers will be refunded for the full face value of the ticket(s). Recorded delivery in NOT a guaranteed service, if lost in post or the customer alleges they have not received them (with or without signature), the customer will NOT be refunded for the face value of the ticket(s). No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets 17 Tickets are normally dispatched approx four weeks prior to the event however, in exceptional circumstances, may not arrive with the customer until 5 days before the event. If it becomes impractical to post tickets out, due to proximity of the event or circumstances beyond our control, we may elect to make the tickets available for collection at the venue immediately prior to the event. Customers will be notified by phone, email or in writing (using the details provided at the time of purchase) if this becomes necessary. If delivery has been attempted but has been unsuccessful and therefore tickets have been returned for a Box Office collection no refunds in respect of postal costs will be made. 18 No refunds or exchanges of Booking. 19 Booking confirmations or Tickets lost, stolen, destroyed or invalidated will not be reissued and deemed void. 20 Tickets remain the property of THE MANAGEMENT 21 Tickets will be assigned to the customer on a best available to THE MANAGEMENT at the time of purchase basis, All reasonable effort is taken to ensure customers receive the seats they require within the venue and are provided with the correct ticket information. However this is at the Customers risk and can not be rectified after the event. Some venues may vary in ticket types. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. 22 If tickets that are dispatched are returned to Trinity St, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund payment. 23 All ticketing enquiries must be made by e-mail to nineblackalps@trinitystreetdirect.com. Please note that this email address is for booking enquiries only, event enquiries and information is not available via this email address, event information can be found on the FAQs page. 24 The use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is a protocol used on the Internet to encrypt data to ensure secure transmission. This functionality is denoted by a padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser. All payment information is transferred via an SSL connection. 25 THE MANAGEMENT shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, including (but not restricted to) loss of profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, and financial loss, including travel arrangements or other costs incurred as a result of booking tickets. THE MANAGEMENT liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced value of the relevant order. 26 Every effort is taken to ensure that ticket information, text and images accurately portray the Event concerned. Slight variations may occur. 27 In no circumstances shall THE MANAGEMENT or any of our employees or Agents be liable for any loss or damaged suffered as a result of any use of the Site. 28 All web Site graphical design, text and graphics are copyright of the MANAGEMENTS COMPANY or companies under its management or operation.
